Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Product packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for exchange once used or damaged after delivery.

Customized or special-order items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where:

  • The ordered item is unavailable

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • An approved issue qualifies for refund after review

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error from our side.

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs where applicable.
